This raffle is hosted by The Dianna Rasha Foundation, located at 74 West Long Lake Rd., Suite 203, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304.

1. Eligibility:
The raffle is open to legal residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Dianna Rasha Foundation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Dianna Rasha Foundation, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the raffle.

3. Entry Period:
The raffle begins on 6/15//24 and ends on 7/25/24 (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter:
Purchase Method: Raffle tickets are $100 each and can be purchased at the event or online at https://donorbox.org/events/623281

5. Drawing:
The raffle drawing will take place on 7/25/24 at A Summer Soiree. The winner will be selected in a random live drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner does not have to be present to claim the prize.

6. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified by email & phone within 5 business days following the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to complete any required affidavit or release within Five (5)  business days of notification, the potential winner forfeits the prize..

7. Prize:
One (1) prize will be awarded: a trip for two to the French Riviera. The trip includes:
- Round-trip airfare for two adults.
- Five (5) nights’ accommodation at a luxury hotel.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $7000.00. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Dianna Rasha Foundation’s sole discretion. The Dianna Rasha Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

8. Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the raffle constitutes the winner’s consent to the Dianna Rasha Foundation and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. General Conditions:
The Dianna Rasha Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by the Dianna Rasha Foundation in its sole discretion. In that event the Dianna Rasha Foundation reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Dianna Rasha Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Dianna Rasha Foundation reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitations of Liability:
The Dianna Rasha Foundation is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the raffle; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the raffle or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate State Court located in Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this raffle, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Dianna Rasha Foundation in connection with the raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

13. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Dianna Rasha Foundation’s privacy policy.

14. Winner List:
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: the Dianna Rasha Foundation, 74 West Long Lake Rd. Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304. Requests must be received no later than 8/25/24.
